Dorothee Schramm has been re-elected Vice-President and Board member of the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) as from 1 January 2025, in addition to being a Board Member and being included in the SVAMC’s List of the World’s Leading Technology Neutrals (the Tech List®). In her new role, she will continue to contribute to the SVAMC’s mission of bridging the global technology sector and the ADR community.
The SVAMC is a non-profit foundation that helps advance the use of arbitration and mediation in technology-related business disputes around the world. Despite common belief, it is neither an arbitral institution nor a local organisation in Silicon Valley. Its recent Guidelines on the Use of AI in International Arbitration can be found here.
